Usage beyond your credit
Usage during the 14-day free trial needs a top-up or a paid plan's monthly credit. Starter works with your existing coding assistant subscription. Yearly plans receive their usage credit every month, not once a year.
Usage is paid from a prepaid balance. When the monthly credit is used up, requests are billed from the balance; when the balance reaches zero requests stop with a link to top up. Top-ups: $10, $25 or $100. You set a monthly spending cap (default $50) on your account page, so a surprise is impossible.
Questions
How big can my codebase be?
Up to 50 million tokens, the whole repository, on every plan. There are no per-file or per-folder caps.
What counts as a token?
Tokens measure text. Input is what you send (your question and the code it needs), output is what comes back. Repeated input is billed at a lower rate.
Is my code ever executed?
No. Your code is never run or built on our servers.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
